• 1:1 meeting between you and a Sama Analytics Principal Data Architect
• Deliverable: High-level data strategy and execution plan, including ML & AI initiatives
• The strategy is to present to CXO team to have a high-level understanding of future data initiatives.

* AED 19,000 fixed fee for 4 workshops + AED 4,600 per additional workshop

Timeline based on client availability

• Series of workshops with the CXO team
• Deliverable: multi-year project plan for data utilization
• The plan allows you to align on who’s responsible for each data source and who’s accountable for the results generated, to prioritize initiatives, have stakeholder buy-in, and foundations for governance committee.

** 50% of cost of DGA.2 (up to AED 38,000) will be deducted if completed sequentially. 

3 months

• Pre-defined 1 analytical report and up to 3 data sources. 
• A series of up to 4 workshops regarding the infrastructure, data integration, data processing / analysis, and results and next steps. 
• Deliverable: Foundational technical solution within your cloud tenant. 
• The MVP Data Warehouse allows you to regularly use the report, integrate more data, or build additional analytical reports and capabilities.

6 months – 3 years, depending on complexity

• Sama will embed a team to work in parallel with your in-house team. We will operate in a staff augmentation model with the objectives to: (1) deliver the solution; (2) your team to adopt and maintain your solution without us; (3) streamline the process for scope changes.
• Deliverable: The full technical solution that incorporates 100% of data sources, analytical initiatives, in-house team upskilling, and measurable time/labor.

2 hours

• Scoping session to determine the level of effort and value the solution will bring. Solution can include customer classification analysis, product cost analysis, ML prediction algorithm, GenAI chatbot development, forecasting algorithm.
• Deliverable: Statement of Work.

• Deliverable: Full technical solution based on the SOW of DS.1. 
• The solution can include customer classification analysis, product cost analysis, ML prediction algorithm, GenAI chatbot development, forecasting algorithm.

2 weeks

• An analysis of current cloud infrastructure and code base cross-referenced against industry best practices
• Deliverable: Cloud data infrastructure cost assessment report with detailed recommendations on implementation.
